Description

TC Webster Needle Holder is used with small needles and fine suture material, commonly in plastic surgery or subcutaneous procedures around the face and hands. They are available with smooth or serrated jaws. Smooth jaws will cause the least damage to the needle; however, serrated jaws hold the needle more tightly. A Webster needle holder should not be used with large needles because of the risk of damage to the jaws, thus potentially enabling the instrument insufficient for future use with the intended small needle. Needle holder is ideal for hospitals and specialty clinics.TC instruments are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than other standard instruments. TC instruments are identified by gold handles. Physician preference typically determines the type of working surface utilized. This product is straight with smooth tips and a length of 125 mm. It may also be referred to as a Halsey needle holder.
